Well it's all over and may I thank you all for making it a success. Stevie B coddled me throughout. He would not even let me bend and he took all the stress out of the evening. Peter was great on sound. Keith superb on the raffle and Colin. Brian and Vizage brought the house down with the cabaret. Thank you to Jenny and her two hunk assistants for presenting the flowers. And to Sam and Joy for representing the NMC and being great company. Apart from one table complaining of the food being cold and an overrun on the meal by about an hour, I think it was a success. The audience were very appreciative and we had a record turnout. The record was for the highest number of lay people and lowest number of BMC members. Your loss I am afraid.
